  1. Returns and Exchanges

1.1 Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as intimate apparel or personalized/customized products, may not be eligible for return or exchange. All Sale items are also not eligible for return or exchange.

1.2 Return Process

You will be required to provide your order number and a description of the reason for the return or exchange. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions and return shipping address.

1.3 Refund or Exchange

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange. If you are eligible for a refund, we will credit the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If you are eligible for an exchange, we will ship the requested replacement product to you, subject to availability.

  1. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. We may require you to provide photographs or other evidence of the damage or defect. Depending on the circumstances, we will either issue a refund, send a replacement product, or arrange for a repair of the item.

We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. However, once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and you will need to initiate a return or exchange as described in Section 1 of this Refund Policy.
